A reflection of culture and tradition

The rankings highlight Israel’s diverse society, where Arabic and Hebrew names both feature strongly. While Muhammad dominates overall, biblical names like David, Tamar and Sarah continue to hold timeless appeal. As families prepare to gather for Rosh Hashanah, these names serve as a reminder of both heritage and change in Israeli naming traditions.
